Overview
The Gym Management System replaces handwritten records with searchable member profiles and a connected staff workflow. Built in August 2026, it tracks membership history and renewals, calculates expiration status, and validates attendance as members check in through NFC/RFID or staff workflows. Dashboards summarize attendance trends, expiring memberships, and member activity. A read-only LLM assistant answers natural-language questions about gym data through controlled backend operations without running model-generated SQL.
